Hi Michael,

I wanted to let you know about my own success story. Since your Total Solutions coaching class began, my husband has really picked up the ball and is running with it.

He has gone to Elance to have a logo designed for my business, and had a home page designed for easier navigation on my website. The process was amazing and there was immediate gratification with fantastic results. The day after we got the page up and running, I received my first request for a CMA. Talk about unbelievable! My boring site had been up for over 2 months with zero contact from anyone.

Our next step was to start working with a VA, and after only 3 weeks, the results are wonderful. All the things that I dreaded doing and gave me headaches, she likes to do. She’s working on my website, and getting my drip email campaign set up. She created a listing flyer and it was terrific! The colors were better, and she used copy and phrases for the listing that I never would have thought of. And it was a nice bonus that the home sold after 2 days – and over the asking price!

I used to hear people talking about their VAs and wondered what language they were speaking. Now I know, thanks to you!

The biggest benefit has been that the stress level is not there any more. Knowing that I won’t have to do certain things any longer is such a relief. I used to come home and instead of spending time with my family I’d spend 3 hours designing a flyer. I would wake up and not be able to get back to sleep for worrying about details that needed to be taken care of. Now I don’t have that problem.

I have always liked to learn from other people’s mistakes as much as possible, and less frequently from my own. With the concepts that you teach, I don’t have to make the mistakes to learn the best approach. It’s such a great validation of what we’re learning to be able to put everything into place. My husband has been pushing for more involvement with the Internet for some time, and now we both recognize that this is the smarter, easier, more efficient way to go.
