We just got finished
closing our 2nd IEC since starting your
course, Total of 15K! Not Bad! We have met
the most delightful people and trouble free
transactions that any REALTOR® would love. We
have implemented a few strategies from your
classes and WOW! We have business. Can you
imagine what will happen when we get our
website more right, Target Market UPS,
Content, etc. etc.!!!!!!!
We have been involved
in the internet for 2 years now as far as
having a REALTOR® website and have done
business, but not nearly enough. (Have been
a techie for 15 years, I even liked DOS).
After finishing Clicks to Closes and eProductivity classes, I need to share how I
got started because it can be totally
overwhelming! But so COOL! I picked what I
liked first, and then implemented it; you
can't do everything, so start where you need
to.
We both attended the
CRS Convention in Las Vegas; we found your
presentation one of the most valuable and
helpful. We came home and went to Elance and
got a few projects out of the way. Excited!
YES!! Professional and everything on time,
no problems.
We already had a
professionally done website, so we needed to
TARGET our market and start to develop a
UPS, Privacy Statement - and templates for
auto responders are next, they are so
important. Our website traffic has gone from
3 digit hits & visits a month to
consistently 4 digits, for the whole month
of May!
The most important
thing for me was the GO & GROW exercise,
(my
husband is the sales maverick and I am the
business planner, want-a-be marketing guru,
we both adore people and want to give
exceptional customer service) when you see
things written down it is easy to just
decide what is right for you. I was able to
decide what a VA could help us with that
would be the most cost effective way and
keep us doing transactions, Our Email &
Direct Mail Marketing to our Past Clients,
Farms & Leads from website and to re write
website content to target market and develop
more target market websites.
The 2nd most important
thing is that you are telling all the REALTORS® how the
Internet works (it is complicated)
and how to not get taken advantage of, like so
many of us do, by all the providers that
know a lot more than we do. It needs to be a
win-win. You and Vickie should be commended
for being honest with this approach. It is
refreshing! The cost effective resources
you provide are invaluable, I cancelled all
my fax lines, except one and use e-fax.
Can’t wait to implement more.
Before starting the
courses, I did what I was told and printed
everything out, created folders to save all
vital information on content etc; it was
easy to find everything that way.
And to do the homework was overwhelming, but what the course did
was make you really think about what you had
and what you needed to do, by planning
first. The whole Internet thing is a process
and changing all the time, so you have to
commit to the business.
As I write this, I was
contacted by Email from our first IEC, who
has friends that are moving here, and so are
his parents. When we were at closing I asked
both parties, why us? They both said we were
the first to respond and give them
information or relo packet they needed.
Urgent is the key here.
Also, my brother is
creating an art website and just accepted a
bid from Elance, with all the bells &
whistles and hosting for $675.00. My father
who is 75 told me your course was the best
money I have ever spent. And now for the
best part, we are going on vacation. In July we
are going to Exuma and in August we are going to
the South of France!
